Thanks so much for last Friday’s terrific incursion. All teachers were really impressed with your professional, highly educational sessions and clearly you are very passionate about what you teach. It is clear that our kids thoroughly enjoyed it too as they were obviously engaged throughout – even the last group which is quite something for last thing on a Friday!!The task too was age level appropriate – challenging but not too challenging. Too often as teachers we come across mediocre, uninspiring excursions/incursions (which I find just incredible!) but yours was outstanding and we have already recommended it for other year levels at our school.

We had the Travelling Kitchen visit our school twice. The session was organised to suit our inquiry topic and the students walked away having enjoyed the hands on experience and also took away with them learned knowledge on food processing, health, safety and cooking hygiene.
Travelling Kitchen were extremely accommodating to make sure that our learning outcomes were achieved in the sessions given. The company provided all the equipment and thoroughly cleaned and left the cooking area as it was found.
I highly recommend the Travelling Kitchen for any schools/teachers who want to include cooking/food experiences in their incursions for the year.

I have found The Travelling Kitchen an amazing experience for my Kinder children. As we have been discussing healthy eating, The Travelling Kitchen has helped to further explore this topic.
The girls who run the session are very helpful and fun to work with. They demonstrate and explain the content in a clear manner which is easy to understand and follow.
